Do you accept insurance?
We are a direct-pay practice, which means we don't bill insurance. This allows us to spend more time with you, order the labs we actually need, and design care plans based on your health — not coverage limits. We accept all major credit cards, and FSA and HSA cards are welcome.
How do I know which appointment to book?
Use the 'Find My Appointment' guide on our homepage — it asks 3 quick questions and recommends the right starting point. Still unsure? Reach out through our contact form and we'll help you find the right fit.
Can I be seen if I'm not near Blacksburg?
Yes! We offer telehealth to patients throughout Virginia, North Carolina, and Florida. In-person visits are available at our Blacksburg clinic at 1997 S Main St, Suite 702.
